the buyer enters the home through the best entrance. Make sure that the important areas of the home (see below) are in good condition. Remember, all homes have drawbacks. You are trying to show a nice home with some problems, NOT a problem home with some nice features! Important areas

Should each room have a different color carpet?
I do not like neutral colors. Why should I choose one for the home that I am selling?
We bought our home 30 years ago. It has a great, dark green carpet. Why not leave it and let the buyer pick their own carpet?
